1st & 2nd Fix Carpentry
First fix carpentry includes all the initial framing work needed to get a building to the point of been able to get plasterboard or plaster on internal walls and ceiling to allow for next stage of fixtures and fittings. This includes carpentry work from constructing roofs, walls, floors and ceilings.
Second fix carpentry generally consists of all the neater and finer work after all internal wall and ceilings are completed. This includes skirting boards, architraves, doors, kitchens and other finished carpentry throughout the house from timber feature walls to cabinetry and flooring.
Outdoor Structures & Cladding
We can also assist you in creating that great Australian outdoor area for you to enjoy with all your family and friends. From decking to pergolas and patios. or if you require fencing, gates or just an outdoor feature we can provide various products from timber screening, fencing using Australian hardwoods like Jarrah and Merabu or treated pine to colorbond fencing .
We can also very experienced in providing various cladding solutions for all types of properties. from eaves to walls. Fibre cement Sheeting, CFC Weatherboards and other CFC cladding solutions. Cedar lining solutions for eaves and alfresco areas.
Property Maintenance & Emergency Repairs
We also able to help you out with the ongoing upkeep and maintenance or your home or property. From roof leaks, fascia renewal, gutter cleaning or replacement, flyscreens, security doors and much more.
We are also able to help you out in those difficult times when require assistance ASAP, broken lock or door been damaged and won’t open/shut correctly.
